This charming blog offers the best from the best on recipes, beauty, diy projects, interiors, and style! Being a thrifter and a boutique owner, Elsie’s look is very original. Her “current obsessions” are listed on her blog as beehives(the hair do), photo books, pumpkin pie milkshakes, the show Mad Men, and raspberry mint smoothies. I recently did an Interior Design Blog post featuring So Haute Style and she had recently posted designer, Kelly Wearstler’s Malibu beach House on her blog. Kelly is not only an incredible designer of both fashion and interiors, one of the best dressed of the year by Vogue, one of the “Design 100″ by Time Style and Design, but the creative force behind her very own blog, My Vibe My Life. New York City based blogger Nicole Gibbons brought to life So Haute Style in 2008. Influenced by her mom, an interior designer, Nicole was bitten by the design bug at an early age. The Entertaining section of her blog is possibly the cutest and most inspiring part of her blog, in my opinion. The section includes everything one needs to know for when throwing a swanky party: recipes, table-setting ideas, DIY floral designs, and even stationary. Her work has been featured on HGTV, ElleDecor.com, and The Nest, to name a few of several. In 2009, So Haute Style was named one of the best all-around home blogs. Her latest blog post featured fashion designer, Kelly Wearstler’s Malibu beach house. Totally fab!

Holly is also a weekly columnist at Real Simple online. She has completed assignments for HGTV and HGTV Ideas Magazine as a style editor. Her blog posts include inspiration from fashion, home interiors from chic interior stores, and home makeovers, all brought to life from her cozy cottage in the Hollywood Hills.  Adding even more to Cococozy, Coco designs pillows, throws, bedding, and drapery, and sells it on the blog.  Material Girls is actually one of the first interior design blogs that I’ve run across and I’ve finally decided to write a piece on these fabulous gals! I was amazed at their blog when I first saw it because it was right around the time that I was decorating my own home, and when my family and I was remodeling a townhouse in downtown Houston. Their interior design posts really inspired me! Calling themselves Material Girls because of their passion for fabrics, the girls bring us interior design ideas, tips, and what’s hot for our homes!

They blog from five major cities, (which happen to include my favorite cities in the US) Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and New York.

They have a feature on the blog called Furniture Friday, in which different furniture pieces (like armoires, coffee tables, headboard, etc.) are posted on the last day of the work week. Posts from the Material Girls include decked out living rooms, swanky kitchens, and even cute, personalized ideas for nurseries. With a hint of fashion and parties, Material Girls is complete with what every lady loves.

This blog is great for when you get the urge to redecorate your house, revamp your office, or if you’re moving. They have awesome ideas and points of views hailing from coast to coast.

I loved this Office Makeover post! Very inspirational to me for redecorating my own office!

 Golden Divine is an easy-going blog founded and written by Ashley Murphy about fashion, beauty, interior design, and “golden inspirations.” Inspired by Rachel Zoe, Olivia Palermo, and Whitney Port, she has a real sense of style and dresses well.  She posts her daily looks, interior design inspirations, and things she sees along the way, during her daily adventures. I’d say, check this blog out for daily inspiration for your own style and dress. She’s got some great looks! Or, if you want some decorating or party planning ideas.

The Beautiful Things is written by a beautiful girl named Vittoria living in New York City. Summed up into things she’s worn…things she’s learned…things she’s made…things she covets…and things she liked, the blog is obviously an interesting mix of fashion, food (recipes and pictorial inspiration), some lessons, and celebs. I love this blog because it’s an easy read with great pictures. It’s basically a journal of her time living in NY and all the great things that she gets to see along the way. With that said, if you love fashion, you’ll definitely love this blog. This girl is definitely an up and coming blogger!

I love this blog because it really is a mixture of random (her words) things that we all gravitate to, ART, MUSIC, LIFE, FASHION, and many other things. Featured on Ms. Dramatica’s blog is an interview (among others) with red-headed lead singer of the band Morningwood, Chantal Claret. Awesome interview! I had no idea she was inspired by the Ronettes! Love, love them!
